Steve Cockram

Steve is the Co-Founder of GiANT, a serial entrepreneur, in demand keynote speaker and confidante to elite leaders around the world. He has co-authored The 100X Leader, 5 Voices, 5 Gears and The Communication Code with Jeremie Kubicek and together they created the visual tools and technology that GiANT licences to independent coaches and consultants around the world. 

Steve is first and foremost a practitioner, he still works personally with a select group of CEO’s and Founders. To serve these clients he co-founded the GiANT London consulting group with Becky Barsellotti in 2019 and together they have been pioneering ways to deliver effective leadership and team development at scale. 

Steve lives in Gerrards Cross, 20 miles west of Central London. He’s been married to Helen for 31 years and they have 3 gorgeous girls - Isabelle (24), Megan (20), Charlotte (13). He has a long standing addiction to Test Match Cricket and Harewood Downs Golf Course is his spiritual home. He loves walking, watching movies and eating long dinners with good friends.

Becky Barsellotti

Becky is the Co-Founder of GiANT London, and Executive Consultant to C-suite leaders.

Becky is a specialist at unlocking the potential of people. She works with CEOs & CPOs to design and deliver scalable Leadership programs, raising the standards of performance throughout organizations. She has a diverse client portfolio across private, public, and not-for-profit sectors. Her current clients include: Pfizer, Maersk, Prolific, Thompson Thrift, Viatris, Endava, Aptitude Software, Kadence, the Foreign Commonwealth & Development Office (UK) and the Ministry of Justice (UK). 

She holds a Masters’s Degree in International Disaster Management (University of Manchester), BA (Hons) in International Relations (University of Birmingham) and Diploma in Executive Coaching. At her core, Becky is an adventurer and loves to travel. She has recently completed a sailing qualification (Day Skipper) and run her first marathon in Amsterdam.

Lydia Jourdain

Lydia’s heart lies with people and her desire to see others meet their true potential. With an extensive background in education, she is a strong communicator and speaker as well as being someone who listens carefully and is able to identify effective strategies for development, progress and change.

As a Partner at GiANT London, she has a wide variety of clients stretching across multiple industries from law, education, clinical research and medicine, to the arts, social care, NHS and engineering. In each of these areas she has created stronger and more effective teams through her coaching.

Lydia thrives on creating healthy cultures in teams and organisations and helping them improve their communication and boost productivity; offering her dedication and expertise to each client with whom she works. She brings about significant and lasting change to groups and individuals by equipping them with the tools they need to alter the trajectory of their lives, whilst also bringing her warmth and personal touch to every meeting.

Dr. Jules Morgan

Jules is passionate about developing leaders and their teams. Using relational intelligence tools, - developed for leadership in the digital age - Jules works to unlock the full potential of leaders however experienced or new in role. Unlocking leadership health, by increasing self-awareness and improving emotional and relational resilience, has proven positive impact on team performance and employee engagement, resets culture, drives organisational growth and ultimately increases business competitiveness.  

From an early career as a Neuroscientist, Jules switched to scientific administration and management. With over 25 years of senior management and executive leadership experience across scientific, non-profit and charity sectors, Jules now works as a Partner at GiANT London. She harnesses her leadership and management experience plus expertise as a qualified People Professional to consult and coach CEOs, C-suite leaders, founders, Directors, and their teams.  

Jules keeps her consultancy sharp, remaining as a CPO in the charity sector, and as a co-founder and co-Director of a national non-profit network that equips and supports >1500 operations, finance, HR and administration professionals.

Stu Wright

Stu cares about people. He has 30 years leadership experience and has led organisations of various sizes including some in highly multicultural settings. Stu began his career as an electronic engineer and then fulfilled a calling to become a Priest in the Church of England where he led churches and developed leaders until becoming a Leadership Consultant.

As a Partner at GiANT London, Stu works with CEOs and Senior Teams to help them reach high levels of team health and performance. His particular specialism is in improving communication and building trust so that the vision and strategy of the organisation can be realised. Stu is not just a vitamin pill, but a pain killer for any organisation.

Stu is the founder of META Youth Leadership, a charitable organisation that helps young people discover their leadership gifts, build confidence and make a difference in the world.

Graham Wakeman

Graham combines a genuine warmth for people with 30 years of leadership experience gained from leading Black and Decker in the UK and leading ‘Not For Profits’.

As a Partner at GiANT London, he is a strategic advisor and coach to C-Suite executives, senior leaders, and their teams and specialises in creating healthy, high performance organisational culture though dramatically improving team communication and building high levels of trust. Graham’s extensive experience, deep insight, passion for people and results focus provides a unique key that unlocks leaders and enables them to gain clarity into who they really are at their very best and to live and lead from this life-giving place.

He advises, coaches and trains leaders in some of the largest and fastest companies in the world and partners with leaders and their teams in SMEs, Start Ups & Purpose Driven organisations. Graham is an inspiring keynote speaker and believes that healthy leadership has the power to transform lives, organisations, and communities.

Rachel Ivers

As a Business Psychologist with 20 years experience and a proven track record of designing and implementing award-winning programmes for people and culture, Rachel brings an inclusive and holistic approach. 

As a performance coach she helps teams to thrive in work through understanding relational dynamics and high performing teams. She coaches leaders to pursue new opportunities for growth and to pivot following redundancy or the sale of a business. 

As a Partner in GiANT London, she is considered as a thought partner by her clients and is a sounding board to Founders and CEO’s. Using a blended learning approach for the digital age she favours peer delivery for sustainable impact and loves to apprentice and collaborate with other coaches in the GiANT community worldwide.

At Balfour Beatty she led an award-winning innovative behavioural change programme which rolled out to over 500 companies, enhancing engagement and reducing accident rates. As a Managing Consultant for the world's largest risk adviser, she trained thousands of staff and coached leaders at British Airways and designed global behavioural change programmes for global power companies.

Rachel has been in leadership positions since age 19 and draws on experience working in Risk Consultancy, Sales, Construction, Academia, the Territorial Army (OTC), Expedition leading, Marathon running, Adventure racing, Community involvement and Facilitation. She has a family and lives in South East London.
